The Town Clerk’s Office provides notary service to the general public. A notary public is a public officer, appointed by the governor, who witnesses the signing of important documents and administers oaths.

The fee is $5 for each notarization. Notary Public services are available during normal business hours, weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except Thursdays when the Town Clerk's office opens at noon. Identification, such as a driver’s license, is required.
