PENALTIES:

LATE FEE CHARGES On Expired Licenses and Permits
  First 30 Days Overdue                      $50.00
  60 Days & Each Month Thereafter    $100.00

TEMPORARY FOOD BOOTHS:  All Vendors must be prepared for
INSPECTION forty-five (45) minutes before scheduled event opening.
A penalty of $25.00 will be assessed and payment must be received
before inspections and before the booth commences business.
