IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS:
1.) MOBILE DEVICE USERS: Recent security enhancements has required our banking payments partner to re-write the web application for smartphones and mobile devices. While they complete this development attempting to make a payment on a mobile device will lead you to a dead-end screen again asking you to select a payment.
2.) ONLY ONE TAX BILL CAN BE PAID AT ONE TIME: You will need to restart the process to select and pay more than one bill (for instance multiple excise tax bills). We apologize for the inconvenience, this unintentional limitation is temporary. Parking Tickets by Plate and Utility Bills by Account will allow multiple payments in one authorization.
We understand how frustrating this can be and we are very sorry for these temporary inconveniences. Resolving these issues is a top priority for us as we truly appreciate you utilizing the Anytime Self Service system. Thank you.

PROCESSING FEE INFORMATION FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS
A fee for credit card use is added when paying with a credit card, see the credit card fee schedule for fee amount detials. Paying with a check electronically (ACH) has a set $0.25 fee per transaction (effective January 1, 2013). Parking Tickets and Excise reported to the Registry of Motor Vehicles paid by credit card will release the hold at the RMV in two (2) business days. Electronic check will release the hold no less than 6 business days. There is no same day release with online payment.
