Finance Committee Report to Annual Town Meeting Spring 2013The legislative body of the Town of Amherst is a Representative Town Meeting, consisting of 240 elected Town Meeting members, 24 from each of 10 precincts plus 14 ex officio members: the five members of the Select Board, the five members of the School Committee, the President of the Library Trustees, the Chair of the Finance Committee, the Moderator, and the Town Manager. Important Town Meeting Related Dates – Mark Your Calendars!
- Updated! 2013 Annual Town Meeting resumes Monday, May 20, 2013 at 7:00 pm in the Middle School Auditorium when we will consider articles in the following order:
- Article 29 Residential Rental Property Bylaw,
- Article 25 Social Services Funding,
- Article 27, 28, 30, etc.
Additional sessions, if needed, are reserved for May 22, 29, June 3, 10, 17, 19, 2013.
Article 29 will be considered on Monday, May 20 at 7:05 pm.
Article 38 will be considered on Wednesday, May 22 at 7:05 pm.
Article 36 will be considered on Wednesday, May 22 at 7:06 pm.
Article 44 will be considered on Wednesday, May 22 at 7:07 pm.
Article 24 will be considered on Wednesday, May 22 at 7:08 pm.
