Costs are rising faster than revenues can keep up. The Facilitation of Community Choices Committee was appointed by the Select Board in May, with the task of reviewing the components of Amherst's budget, formulating alternative scenarios for the next 5 years, and presenting our results to you, the citizens of Amherst to study, debate, and ultimately decide the future path for our community.
