Amherst was chosen as one of several communities in the Commonwealth to participate in the Solarize campaign - a chance for residents and small businesses to install solar at a more affordable cost.

Amherst signed 174 contracts for a total of 1.2 MW of solar capacity! A Solarize Mass program record!
