Part 1 - Summary of the Conflict of Interest Law
In accordance with the above statue all municipal employees must be provided with a copy of the Summary of the Conflict of Interest Law every year. In addition, every municipal employee is required to sign a written acknowledgement that he or she has been provided with the summary.

Follow the link here to the Summary of the Conflict of Interest Law for State Employees. Follow the link here to the Summary of the Conflict of Interest Law for Municipal Employees. After reading the summaries, print, fill out, and return the Acknowledgement of Receipt to the Town Clerk's office.

Part 2 - Conflict of Interest Law Online Training
The Conflict of Interest Law also requires that every Municipal Employee must take the online training every other year. This means that all employees, even newer employees who may have taken the training in 2014, will be required to follow the link provided and do the training this year.

Follow the link here to the training. Print out the certificate at the completion of the training and return it to the Town Clerk's office.
