All employees including board and committee members are required to acknowledge acceptance of the Town of Amherst Sexual and Unlawful Harassment Policy. Questions should be directed to the Human Resources Department.
Related Massachusetts Law: G.L. c 151B section 3A (b) (2) provides “Every employer shall…provide annually to all employees an individual copy of the employer’s policy against sexual harassment; provided, however, that a new employee shall be provided with such a copy at the time of his employment.”
