The 9 TMCC-SPP  members are appointed by the Chair of the Town Meeting Coordinating Committee  to serve 2-year terms. We are looking for new members to fill vacancies an they happen and as members rotate off the committee. TMAC - Town Meeting Advislory Committee
On September 13, 2017 TMCC-SPP held an open meeting to introduce this proposal and solicit suggestions related to this proposal and other improvements to Town Meeting.
See latest proposal from the Subcommittee on Policies and Procedures - Establishing a Town Meeting Advisory Committee. Thanks to the helpful feedback from attendees, SPP revised the proposal a bit to get it ready for Fall 2017 Special Town Meeting..
