Permit Parking

Parking Permits Available for $25

A permit is $25 (payable by cash or check) and is required from September 1st through May 31st on side streets that circle Town Center. The streets are marked with signs, mostly blue and white, indicating the permit area. Permits are purchased at Central Services on the first floor of Town Hall Monday-Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Current license and registration are required, along with evidence of employment or residency in Town Center, such as a signed lease.

Permit users must observe the storm emergency parking ban whenever the blue light is illuminated above major intersections. Click here for more details on Winter Parking regulations and to sign up for notifications.

Application for Town Center Permit is the form for those who live or work in the downtown business district and need long term parking.

Application For Resident Area Permit is the form for residents of neighborhoods just north of downtown, including Allen and Nutting (between Fearing and Phillips) or McClellan (between Beston and Lincoln) as marked with green and white permit signs.
