Permit Parking

Parking Permits Available for $25


Town Center Permits are for those who live or work in the downtown business district and need long term parking. A Parking Permit is $25 (click here to apply and pay for your permit online) and is required from September 1st through May 31st on side streets that circle Town Center. Streets that are marked with signs, mostly blue and white, indicate the permit area.

Those eligible for a Parking Permit are required to provide:

All Applicants:
  • A copy of your Drivers License
  • A copy of your Vehicle Registration
Proof of Employment (any of the following are accepted):
  • Copy of paycheck
  • Copy of a business photo ID
  • Letter from employer


Permit users must observe the storm emergency parking ban whenever the blue light is illuminated above major intersections. Resident Center Permit are for residents of neighborhoods just north of downtown, including Allen and Nutting (between Fearing and Phillips) or McClellan (between Beston and Lincoln) as marked with green and white permit signs.
