LIST OF TOPICS: Call to Order the RSC; Call to Order Union 26; Union 26 School Committee will enter into executive session to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for contract negotiations with nonunion personnel, Superintendent Michael Morris with no intention of returning to open session; RSC will enter into executive session to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for contract negotiations with nonunion personnel, Superintendent Michael Morris, and to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation of APEA if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigation position of the public body and the chair so declares, with no intention of returning to open session.
