Per Charter section 5.6, the Town Council will hold a public forum regarding an appropriation not in the annual budget, on the appropriation and approval of borrowing for a portion of the Town of Amherst FY2020 Capital Program: borrowing authorization for new school design.
More than one-half of the meeting time on the agenda will be devoted to public comment.
The public forum will be held on Monday, February 10th at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Room in Town Hall.
The regular meeting of the Town Council will follow the public forum.
