On Monday, April 13, 2020 the Town Council voted to revise the Council Rules of Procedure. The revised Town Council Rules of Procedure are available here.
The most recent revision to the rules was a change to rule 10.8k, the language shown below in strike-through was deleted, and the language in italics was added:
k. Not all Town multiple-member bodies will have liaisons.
The Council shall maintain a priority list of bodies most likely to propose measures to the Council. The Council shall produce a priority list of bodies to be assigned Council liaisons which list shall be reviewed annually by GOL. The President shall send a list of all liaisons, together with a copy of this Rule, to all Town multiple-member bodies, the School Committee, and Library Trustees after each annual reorganization. Bodies without a current liaison may ask the Council to assign one, subject to availability.
