Various small graphic showing drive up covid 19 testing steps

Due to a limitation with lab availability, we have had to change the date for this testing to Tuesday, December 29th from the previously released date of Wednesday, December 30th. The Town of Amherst is providing free testing for symptomatic Amherst residents and Town of Amherst employees. The drive-up testing site will be open Tuesday, December 29th from 1PM-3PM, by appointment only.

If you are a community member seeking testing and are asymptomatic (have no symptoms), have no known exposure, and are aged 10 or over - please continue to visit www.umass.edu/coronavirus/communitycovidtest to set up your test.

The drive-up test offering is for symptomatic Amherst residents and Town of Amherst employees, close contacts, as well as for residents/employees who need testing in order to be released from quarantine. Children of all ages are also able to be tested at this site, whether they have symptoms or if they are without symptoms but their age precludes them from being tested at other sites. The Town of Amherst is partnering with County Ambulance to conduct the drive-up testing.
