Outdoor Qi Gong Series

Natalie is a certified Qi Gong Instructor and a Nurse Midwife with over 30 years of experience. Qi Gong is a holistic system of cultivating and balancing the body’s internal energy, called Qi. This mind-body awareness exercise is composed of gentle stretching and flowing exercises, rhythmic breathing and meditation. Enjoy greater flexibility, strength, balance, and vitality as well as decreasing stress, tension, and stiffness. Class will meet at Kiwanis Field

Spring Series - April 14 - June 2, Wednesdays 9:30 - 10:30 am (8 weeks) $132

Summer Series - July 7 - August 11, Wednesdays 9:30 - 10:30 am (6 weeks) $99

Registration will open on Friday, March 26th!
