The Town Council will hold a first reading on a proposed revision to Zoning Bylaw Article 5 - Accessory Uses, Section 5.011, Supplemental Dwelling Units on Monday, October 4, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held virtually via Zoom. The proposal would rescind and replace Zoning Bylaw Section 5.011 Supplemental Dwelling Units with a new Section 5.011, available here. The current Zoning Bylaws are available here.
