[ARCHIVED] Proposed Amendment to Zoning Bylaw Article 14, Temporary Zoning


The Town Council will hold a first reading on a proposed revision to Zoning Bylaw Article 14, Temporary Zoning on Monday, November 22, 2021. The meeting will be held virtually via Zoom. Members of the public may join the meeting by clicking the link here: or by calling (646) 876-9923 or (312) 626-6799, and entering webinar ID when prompted: 894 6988 6020. The meeting will be broadcast live on Amherst Media channel 17 and live streamed online: A second reading and vote on the proposed changes will be scheduled for a subsequent Council meeting.

The proposed amendment would extend the date the temporary zoning would apply, from December 31, 2021 to December 31, 2022. Additional information is available in the document linked here.
