    1. Reservation Information

      Individuals or groups may request to use the Munson Memorial Library Building by completing an application (Munson Memorial Library Building Usage Contract) and paying the appropriate fee. The facility is available to Amherst residents and non-residents. It is typically used for community-organized events that are “not for profit”. Some for-profit events are also acceptable if they do not interfere with the Munson as a community library and event facility. The facility is available for regularly scheduled or single events.       • A $25.00 Key deposit is required for All Users during non-library hours.  (Deposit to be returned upon return of key.) 
      • Keys to Munson may be picked up at the Town Managers’ Office, Town Hall within one week of use.
