The Town of Amherst, as Awarding Authority, invites sealed proposals for the procurement set forth below:

A qualified designer/architectural firm, within the meaning of Massachusetts General Law chapter 7C, to provide professional design services for a feasibility study to address improvements to the Fort River Elementary School site, which will include a range of viable options.

The fee for designer services will be a lump sum fee that will be negotiated, not to exceed one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000).
