The Town of Amherst is working with the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission in creating a Bicycle & Pedestrian Network Plan. This Plan will provide a vision for building bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure throughout town. The Town of Amherst with the assistance from the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission is creating a Bicycle and Pedestrian Network Plan. This plan will build on previous efforts by the Town and the Transportation Advisory Committee (TAC), including the Master Plan, Transportation Plan and plans for projects that are in various stages of design and implementation. The Bicycle and Pedestrian Network will create a vision for build out of bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure.
