LIST OF TOPICS: The Historical Commission will be meeting with the Planning Board to present amendments to Article 13 of the Zoning Bylaw, Demolition Delay for Structures of Historical Significance, in preparation of Town Meeting. Amendments include clarification on definitions, administration procedures, standards for designation and the process of staff and commission review. This meeting has been advertised as a public hearing with the Planning Board and not for the Historical Commission. Several members of the Commission will be in attendance that will constitute a quorum and requires the notice for a public meeting of the Historical Commission.
