    Qi Gong (pronouced CHEE GONG) is a holistic system of cultivating and balancing the body's internal energy which is called qi, translated as " life energy". With roots in Chinese medicine, this mind body awareness exercise is composed of gentle stretching and flowing exercises, rhythmic breathing, and meditation. QiGong benefits include greater flexibility, strength, balance, and vitiality as well as decreasing stress, tension, and stiffness. It is available to everyone no matter how old you are or what shape you are in. QiGong can be done anywhere, requires zero equipment and gives you tremendous benefits in a short amount of time.
