Art 3, Sec 3.325, Mixed-use Buildings: remove the definition of mixed-use buildings from Sec 3.325, amend the criteria & standards required for mixed-use buildings, set criteria to limit the amount of residential use & enclosed parking that would be allowed on the first or ground floor, set a minimum for the amount of non-residential use, other than enclosed parking, that would be allowed on the first or ground floor, require any dwelling units or enclosed parking on the first or ground floor to be located towards the rear of the building and designed to reduce visibility from the public right of way, add a requirement regarding the size/bedroom count of units, & authorize the Permit Granting Authority to determine which floor is considered the 1st or ground floor for sloping lots & lots with multiple frontages. Hike for Hunger is an opportunity for you to be outside and active while ensuring our neighbors have access to nutritious food. You can register as an individual or as part of a team and set your personal hiking goal. Once you register, you’ll be able to create your own fundraising page to start collecting donations from family and friends. Come October, head out on the trails wherever and whenever you’d like – with your family, your friends, or your furry friends – and share your adventures.
Proceeds from Hike for Hunger go directly to our food and nutrition programs, reaching more than 7,000 people annually.
Registration is $25 and includes a 2021 Hike for Hunger t-shirt. There is no fundraising minimum, but those who fundraise will be eligible to earn great prizes.
